In a world where everyone is constantly rushing from one activity to the next, CCL continuously affords me the opportunity to slow down and take time to be introspective, curious, supported (and supportive!), and vulnerable. The incredible leaders have provided me with experienced guidance and mentorship as I navigate important life and career decisions, and my forum peers have given me a place where I look forward discuss, celebrate, and reflect upon life’s many experiences with people who are undergoing similar life changes—all aligned to my defined values. Bonus: We’ve also become great friends in the process!
The more I am involved in this amazing community, the more I feel my future decisions are grounded in those values as well as my broader life purpose, which in turn, makes me a better, more self-assured leader.
