Lead Self First: Developing Fearless Self-Awareness & Authenticity

Foundational to Conscientious Leadership is bringing your healthiest, most authentic self to every day, task, interaction, and relationship. In “Lead Self First: Developing Fearless Self-Awareness & Authenticity ”, both members and leaders strip away all pretense to better understand their unique Gifts, Virtues, Challenges, Purpose and Priorities. Workshop experiences challenge core beliefs and promote engagement. Renowned speakers inspire perspectives from life stories and lessons learned. Small group exercises promote reflection and intimate group sharing.

Building Stronger Relationships with Self and Others

Members develop an awareness of their patterns of behavior in good and challenging times and learn the impact of their habitual patterns in their own life and the lives of others. The expectations are that members will practice this awareness of self and others to improve relationships and leadership.

Living Purpose in Every Role, Relationship & Task

In this program, Forum Members will do a deep dive into their life stories, pinpointing key moments, experiences, and relationships that have shaped who they are today. They will examine these key experiences, searching for themes around purpose, culminating in identifying their own unique purpose statement.

Acting with Character that People Respect and Trust

CCL provides a framework for Forum Members to build clarity around their character and personal habits to apply to every day, decision, event, and relationship. Developed in partnership with West Point and the Naval Academy, the goal of this program is for Forum Members to develop their own tested and deeply refined personal “Code of Daily Living,” which motivates them to make tangible progress in their Character, Relationships, and Leadership.
