Bio:

Mark Adams is currently CEO of Smart Global Holdings, Inc. Previously, he was CEO of Lumileds from January 2017 to March of 2019 and worked at Micron Technology for 10 years, becoming the company’s President in 2012. Mark currently serves on the boards of Cadence Designs Systems, Seagate, and Team Whistle. He is also Vice Chairman at St. Francis High School in Mountain View, CA. Mark was born in Short Hills, New Jersey and received a B.A. in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He and his wife, Maureen, have three children and live in Los Altos, California.
